Federal Bank allots equity shares

Federal Bank announced that the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee, the has Bank allotted 5,35,820 (Five Lakh thirty five thousand eight hundred and twenty only) Equity shares with face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank to the Option Grantees upon exercise of stock options under the Bank's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010.
