Green Fire Agri Commodities has filed draft letter of offer in respect of proposed rights issue with Securities Exchange Board of India, Chennai on 30 December 2016 for their approval. The draft letter of offer has posted on Company's website: www.proseedindia.in.The Letter of Offer has also been filed with Exchanges on 03 January 2017 along with the necessary documents.
