GRUH Finance allots equity shares

Under ESOP

GRUH Finance has on 02 November 2015, allotted 14,950 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 72,72,80,060 consisting 36,36,40,030 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
