Gujarat Borosil will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 8 August 2016, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June 2016, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
