Gujarat Industries Power Company announces change in directorate

Gujarat Industries Power Company announced about the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company:

1. Shahmeena Husain, IAS, has been nominated as Nominee Director of Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL) on the Board of Directors of the Company vice Shri Raj Gopal, IAS; and.

2. A. M. Tiwari, IAS, has been nominated as Nominee Director of Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals (GACL) on the Board of Directors of the Company vice A. K. Dalvi.
