Gujarat State Financial Corporation announces change in nominee director

With immediate effect

Gujarat State Financial Corporation announced that Small Industries Development Bank of India vide letter dated 29 December 2014 nominated Ajit Nath Jha, Deputy General Manager, SIDBI, Ahmedabad, as a Director on the Board of the Corporation with immediate effect in place of Balbir Singh.
