H T Media announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench (NCLT) in its order delivered on 11 May 2021 has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between subsidiaries of the company i.e. Firefly e-Ventures (FEVL), HT Digital Media Holdings (HTDM), HT Education (HEL), HT Learning Centers (HTLC), India Education Services Private (IESPL) and Topmovies Entertainment (TMEL) (Transferor Companies) with HT Mobile Solutions (HTMS) (Transferee company).
