Hang Seng bounces 0.24% on bottom fishing

Hong Kong equity market closed higher after recouping lost ground in late afternoon trade on Monday, 13 October 2014, as investors chased for bottom fishing on recently battered stocks. The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 54.84 points, or 0.24% to close at 23143.38, after falling to intraday low of 22871.27.
