Haricharan Projects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 November 2015, considered and approved the appointment of Virendra Kanshiram Goyal and Sangita Suresh Chaudhari as an Additional Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 17 November 2015.
