With effect from 09 November 2015

Josts Engineering Company announced the following changes in directorate:-

1. B. H. Reporter has resigned as a Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from 09 November 2015.

2. Jai Prakash Agarwal has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, with effect from 09 November 2015.
