HDFC Bank has issued and allotted today on a private placement basis 7.84% Unsecured, Subordinated, Fully Paid-Up, Non-Convertible, Basel III Compliant Perpetual Debt Instruments in the nature of debentures for inclusion in Additional Tier I Capital amounting to Rs. 3000 crore (3000 Bonds of face value Rs.1,00,00,000/- each)
