HDIL leads gainers in 'A' group

MMTC, Suzlon Energy, Ranbaxy Laboratories and Essar Oil are among the other gainers.

Real estate developer Housing Development & Infrastructure (HDIL) jumped 16.23% to Rs 69.45. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 70.35 in intraday today, 4 April 2014.

State-owned trading firm MMTC galloped 11.37% to Rs 59.25. The stock was second biggest gainer in 'A' group.

Wind turbines maker Suzlon Energy spurted 10.40% to Rs 12.42. The stock was third biggest gainer in 'A' group.

Pharmaceutical company Ranbaxy Laboratories climbed 8.18% to Rs 459.55. The stock was fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group.

 

Private sector crude oil refiner Essar Oil rose 7.04% to Rs 54.75. The stock was fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
