Hero MotoCorp standalone net profit declines 13.87% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 7.86% to Rs 6915.20 crore

Net profit of Hero MotoCorp declined 13.87% to Rs 717.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 833.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 7.86% to Rs 6915.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 7505.17 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 6.86% to Rs 3377.12 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 3160.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 0.11% to Rs 28474.99 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 28442.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
