High Street Filatex merged with High Street Fashions

High Street Filatex announced that its directors in board meeting held on 28 January 2014 have approved scheme of arrangement under the provisions of Section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956 for the merger of High Street Filatex with High Street Fashions subject to requisite approval being taken from stock exchanges, SEBI, shareholders, creditors and Hon'ble Jurisdiction of High Court, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
