Hindustan Unilever announces change in directorate and CFO

With effect from 01 May 2021

Hindustan Unilever announced that Srinivas Phatak Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer, designated as an Executive Director, Finance & IT and Chief Financial Officer would be stepping down from the Board with effect from 1 May, 2021, as he has been elevated as Executive Vice President, Global Financial Control and Risk Management, Unilever.
