Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 18 December 2015 allotted 2,62,560 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,74,66,440 consisting of 157,87,33,220 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
