Housing & Urban Development Corporation standalone net profit declines 20.81% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 9.14% to Rs 879.98 crore

Net profit of Housing & Urban Development Corporation declined 20.81% to Rs 315.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 398.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 9.14% to Rs 879.98 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 968.48 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 7.40% to Rs 841.81 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 783.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 7.90% to Rs 3509.55 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 3252.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
