ICICI Bank to invest Rs 4.5 cr in Myclassboard Education Solutions

ICICI Bank has entered into an agreement dated 28 December 2020 in relation to investment of Rs 4.5 crore in Myclassboard Educational Solutions (MESPL). Post investment, ICICI Bank will hold 9.09% stake in MESPL through acquisition of 100 equity shares and 104,890 Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares on fully diluted basis.
