IIFL Holdings allots equity shares

Under ESOS

IIFL Holdings announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution dated 07 January 2014, allotted 4,54,400 equity shares to the eligible employee(s) upon exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Upon allotment, the equity base of the Company stand increased from 30,62,10,453 equity shares to 30,66,64,853 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
