Outcome of EGM of Kotak Mahindra Bank

Kotak Mahindra Bank announced that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank held on 07 January 2015, the members approved the proposal for amalgamation of ING Vysya Bank with Kotak Mahindra Bank. The share exchange ratio will be 725 equity shares of Kotak Mahindra Bank for every 1,000 equity shares of ING Vysya Bank.
