Indbank Merchant Banking Services appoints company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 15 July 2015

Indbank Merchant Banking Services announced that the Board of Directors of the Company on 15 July 2015 have appointed M S Vaidyanathan, Vice President (Senior Manager, Indian Bank on deputation to the Company from the Parent Bank) as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 15 July 2015.
