Indiabulls Securities allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Indiabulls Securities announced that on 03 July 2014, the Company has issued and allotted 23,93,526 Equity shares of face value Rs 2 each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under - 'Indiabulls Securities Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008'.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 51.67 crore divided into 25,83,82,510 Equity shares of face value Rs 2 each to Rs. 52.15 crore divided into 26,07,76,036 Equity shares of face value Rs 2 each.
