Indian Hotels Co completes acquisition of 80.1% stake of Lands End Properties

Indian Hotels Co announced that on 14 October 2015 the Company has completed the purchase of 80.1% equity stake of Lands End Properties (LEPPL) from the erstwhile shareholders of LEPPL and [the Board of Directors of LEPPL have recorded and registered the transfer of shares on 14 October 2015. Pursuant to this purchase, LEPPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
