Indian Oil Corporation has appointed the following Eight Independent Directors have been appointed on the Board of Indian Oil with effect from 22 September 2017.Vinoo Mathur, Samirendra Chatterjee, Vivek Rae, Chitta Ranjan Biswal, Dr. Jagdish Kishwan, Sankar Chakraborti, Prof. B. Mahadevan and Dharmendra Singh Shekhawat.
