At board meeting held on 18 May 2016

J J Exporters announced that Puja Jhunjhunwala, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company and the same has been approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 18 May 2016.

The resignation has been effected from the closing hours of business on 18 May 2016.
