Jarigold Textiles will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 7 July 2015, to decide about change of name of the Company from "Jarigold Textiles Limited" to "Kintech Renewables Limited" or any other name as may be made available by the Registrar of the Companies, Gujarat, & to create charge on the assets of the Company, if any.
