Outcome of board meeting of Real Touch Finance

Held on 26 June 2015

Real Touch Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 June 2015, has transacted the following:

1. The Board has decided to convene the Annual General Meeting on 14 August 2015 taking the Cut-off date as on 26 June 2015. The Board has appointed M/s. P. D. Randar and Co. as the Scrutinizer of the Company.

2. The Board has appointed Arindam Laha, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as the Compliance officer of the Company.
