JSW Steel standalone net profit rises 122.83% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 22.04% to Rs 18958.00 crore

Net profit of JSW Steel rose 122.83% to Rs 2235.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1003.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 22.04% to Rs 18958.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 15534.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 29.30% to Rs 4625.00 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 3577.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 23.57% to Rs 63787.00 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 51621.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
