Jubilant Foodworks to acquire 10.76% stake in BarbequeNation Hospitality
Jubilant Foodworks has entered into a Share Subscription Agreement and Restated Shareholders' Agreement to acquire 10.76% stake in BarbequeNation Hospitality (BNHL) for consideration of Rs 92 crore.
The Company will acquire 36,50,794 fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each aggregating to 10.76% stake in BNHL. The transaction is expected to be completed by 25 January 2021.
