Jyoti update on debt restructuring
Jyoti announced that Rare Asset Reconstruction has acquired the debt of Dena Bank.
The company is in discussion with RARE ARC for restructuring / resolution of the debt and have submitted restructuring proposal involving repayment of the debt over a period of time and conversion of part of the debt into equity share capital.
