K Z Leasing & Finance announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, was held on 04 July 2016 and resolutions regarding appointment of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer have been passed.

Hinal Shah, is appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company and Ankit Patel is appointed as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
