Kalyani Forge announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 19 May 2014, inter alia, for consideration and approval to the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ financial year ended 31 March 2014 and for recommendation of dividend, if any, for the said financial year.
