Karnataka Bank announced the resignation of Prasanna Patil (ACS 20953) from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Bank with effect from 31 August 2022.The Bank has appointed Shailesha Barve, Asst. Company Secretary, as the Compliance Officer of the Bank w.e.f. 01 September 2022.
