Kirloskar Ferrous Industries allots 2.62 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has allotted 2,62,700 equity shares of Rs. 5 each upon exercise of employee stock options pursuant to 'KFIL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2017'.

Accordingly, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from '13,80,22,331 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 69,01,11,655' to '13,82,85,031 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 69,14,25,155.'
