Lambodhara Textile fixes record date for sub-division of shares

Record date is 16 October 2015

Lambodhara Textile has fixed 16 October 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of Sub-division of each fully paid equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each into Two (2) equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid.
