Mahindra CIE Automotive allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Mahindra CIE Automotive announced that pursuant to exercise of options by certain applicants under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme, the Board of Directors of the Company has issued and allotted 121,835 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at its meeting held on 29 April 2014.

Consequent to the above allotment the paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs 92.34 crore to Rs 92.46 crore.
