Mindtree to hold board meeting

Mindtree will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 19 January 2015, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2014 (Q3) and also to consider the declaration of interim dividend, if any, amongst other matters.
