Motherson Sumi Systems announces change in nominee director

With effect from 11 July 2019

Motherson Sumi Systems announced the following change in directorate on 12 July 2019 -

Noriyo Nakamura (DIN: 06809512), nominee director of Sumitomo Wiring Systems Limited, Japan, Joint Venture Partner of the Company, has resigned from the Board of the Company effective from 11 July 2019; and

Takeshi Fujimi (DIN: 08501292), upon nomination by Sumitomo Wiring Systems, Japan, Joint Venture Partner of the Company, has been appointed as an Additional Director effective from 11 July 2019.
