Mukand to avail bank loans aggregating Rs 400 cr

To repay existing high cost borrowings

Mukand has executed loan agreements with a Bank on 14 July 2022, for availing a promoter backed unsecured loans as term loan / working capital loan at competitive rates of interest of an amount aggregating to Rs. 400 crore. The aforesaid loans will be utilized for refinancing existing high cost borrowings of the Company and for general business purposes.
