Multi Commodity Exchange of India approves ESOP

To eligible employees

Multi Commodity Exchange of India has approved the exercise of options equivalent to 12,295 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX) by the eligible employees. Accordingly, the MCX ESOP Trust has transferred 12,295 equity shares of MCX to the respective eligible employees.
