Munjal Showa updates on position of company secretary

With effect from 06 February 2015

Munjal Showa announced that Pankaj Gupta was holding the positions of Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer of the Company, relinquished the position of Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer with immediate effect. He is holding the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 06 February 2015.
