Shilpi Cable Technologies announced that IDBI Bank, vide its letter dated 31 January 2015 has replaced Narendra Kumar Singh, Nominee Director of the Company by Hans Das Maheshwari, DGM, IDBI Bank with effect from 31 January 2015.
