Nagarjuna Oil Refinery announces appointment of nominee director

With effect from 15 May 2014

Nagarjuna Oil Refinery announced that in terms of Article 94 (iii) of the Articles of Association of the Company, Krishak Bharati Cooperative (KRIBHCO) vide letter dated 15 April 2014 has appointed Chandra Pal Singh Yadav, as their Nominee Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect.
