Nazara Technologies allots 14.29 lakh equity shares

On preferential basis

Nazara Technologies has allotted 14,29,266 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 4 each at a price of Rs 2206 (including a premium of Rs 2202) per equity share, on preferential basis by way of private placement.

Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital stands increased to 3,18,82,102 equity shares aggregating Rs 12,75,28,408.
