NBCC (India) gains on monthly business update

NBCC (India) rose 3.06% to Rs 33.70 after the company said it secured a total business of Rs 852.17 crore in September 2019.

Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 91 points or 0.24% to 38596.83.

On the BSE, 4.66 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 13.87 lakh shares in the past two weeks. The stock hit a high of Rs 34.2 and a low of Rs 33.25 so far during the day.

The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 68.95 on 12 Nov 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 28.55 on 23 Aug 2019.

 

On a consolidated basis, NBCC's net profit fell 37.9% to Rs 51.46 crore on a 16.3% decline in net sales to Rs 1885.76 crore in Q1 June 2019 over Q1 June 2018.
