Outcome of board meeting of D-Link India

D-Link India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 04 February 2016 have approved the following:

1. To manufacture and sell set top boxes and allied products in India.

2. Appointment of Mukesh Lulla as Additional Director of the Company with effect from 04 February 2016.
