Outcome of board meeting of Dolat Investments

Dolat Investments has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 March 2014, inter alia, has approved the shifting of registered office of the Company from the State of Tamil Nadu to Union Territory Daman & Diu; and alteration of Object Clause of the Company.
