Outcome of board meeting of Empire Industries

Held on 30 January 2015

As mentioned in the Directors' Report for the year ended 31 March 2014, Empire Industries announced that all the required approvals/permissions were received from the competent authorities for the construction of Industrial, Commercial & Residential Buildings under name 'Empire Industrial Centrum' at the Company's leasehold land at Plot No.22, MIDC Industrial Area, Ambernath, District Thane. The construction of the Buildings will commence shortly. However, Bookings for sale of the same to the prospective buyers has commenced. This has been noted at the Meeting of the Board of Directors held on 30 January 2015.
