Outcome of board meeting of Explicit Finance

Held on 25 August 2014

Explicit Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 August 2014, inter alia, has taken the following decision:

- The Board did not accept the resignation of Independent Director, Deepak Oza and instead requested him to continue to be on the Board. Deepak Oza was kind enough to accept the request and withdrew his resignation. Hence he continues to be the Director of the Company.
