Outcome of board meeting of India Radiators

The Board of India Radiators at its meeting held on 20 November 2018 has approved the resignation of P. Subramanyam, Company Secretary with effect from 23 November 2018 . The Board considered a proposal for the sale of land and buildings at Puzal either in full or in parts, and has authorised K. Nadanasundaram, Whole-time Director, B.Narendaren, Director and E N Rangaswami, Director to negotiate and finalise the terms and conditions including execution of the necessary documents that are incidental or consequential thereon.
